Q1: Where is /home/minecraft? I only see my os choice components but not the minecraft folder.

Q2: Is it possible to export maps to the vps, replace the old map, and be able to run it successfully? ( I don't want to do anything risky)

Q3: I can't access my control panel (browser times out). Is that because of a firewall problem?

The problem:
I cant get McMyAdmin to properly communicate with bukkit / use permissions.

The symptoms:
Without Bukkit installed I have all of the basic default commands that come with McMyAdmin. Plus a simple permissions style system thqat works great. but when I add bukkit to the server it all goes to crap. My plugins work fine, but all the default McMyAdmin commands stop working. also the permissions between McMyAdmin and the permissions plugin dont communicate properly. So the result is that I cant seem to configure the plugin persissions in any meaningfull way and the McMyadmin permissions dont work either.

My Questions:
1 - is there a way to get McMyAdmin to do it all so I can get rid of the permissions plugin?

2 - Is there a way to get rid of McMyAdmin so I can work it like a normal server?

3 - is there something simple im missing and someone who knows better can help me get them configured properly?

Also I have checked the build levels and versions of all of the items and they are all the most current, so I doubt that there is a compatibility issue going on.
